Shipping Policy

Domestic shipping takes around 5-days from the date of purchase.

If you do experience customs delays, your customs department will provide you with a reason for package detainment, as well as what you can do to get your package released.

You may request a one-time refund within 100 days from date of your first order by emailing . We will provide a return shipping address to you via email. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be issued after any discounts and coupons used. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
